Delete your WorkingClock account
WorkingClock is a time-tracking app by Almaware S.r.l. This page explains how to delete your WorkingClock account and the data associated with it, and what we keep afterwards.
Last updated: 13 October 2026
1. Delete it yourself
You can delete your account without contacting us:
- Mobile app (Android and iOS): open Settings, tap Delete account and type your email address to confirm.
- Web app (web.workingclock.app): open Settings → Privacy & data → Delete account.
2. Ask us by email
If you can no longer sign in, write to support@workingclock.app from the email address registered on your account and ask for it to be deleted. We verify the request and process it within 30 days.
3. What happens next
- You are signed out on every device straight away.
- The account enters a 30-day grace period, during which you can still cancel the deletion from the web app's settings.
- When the grace period ends, the account and its data are permanently deleted.
- If you own an organization that has other active members, transfer ownership to one of them first: deletion can't start until you do.
4. Data that is deleted
- Your profile: name, email address, password and sign-in methods, plus your devices and sessions
- Your time entries and your memberships in organizations
- Organizations where you are the only member, with all their projects, clients, tasks, tags, time entries, exports and imports
- Your customer record at our payment processor (Stripe)
5. Data that we keep
- Invoices and billing records, for the period required by Italian tax law, limited to what the law requires
- Security audit logs of organizations that still exist, with your identity removed
- Projects, clients and other shared records you created in organizations that still have other members: they belong to that organization
6. Questions
For anything about your data, write to support@workingclock.app. Our Privacy Policy describes in full how we handle personal data.
