Using WorkingClock on mobile
A focused companion app for iOS and Android — everything stays in sync with web and desktop, it just covers less ground on a smaller screen.
What's on mobile
Three screens: the tracker, for starting and stopping timers and picking a project on the go, reports, for checking totals and filtering by date range, and settings. Setting up projects, clients, tags, team members, and billing is not part of the mobile app — those stay on web (or desktop), and any change you make there shows up on your phone the next time it syncs.
Sign-in and sync
Sign in with the same account you use everywhere else. There is nothing to import or connect — starting a timer on your phone and stopping it later from your laptop works exactly like starting and stopping it in the same app, since it is the same account and the same data behind both.
Push notifications
Turn on notifications from the Settings screen to receive reminders as real push notifications, even when the app is closed — “you don't have a timer running during your working hours” or “a timer has been running for a while.” Unlike desktop's local reminders, these are sent from WorkingClock's servers to your device, so they need a network connection to arrive but do not depend on the app being open.
