Projects, tasks, tags, and clients, without a spreadsheet
Time entries belong to a task, a task belongs to a project, and a project can belong to a client. Tags cut across all of that for anything that does not fit a strict hierarchy, like marking an entry billable or flagging it for review.

Reports that make sense to someone who has never opened the app
Filter by project, tag, client, or date range, group the result however you need it, and export to CSV for a spreadsheet or a branded PDF for a client who just wants a clean summary.
Totals update as you adjust the filters, so you can sanity-check a number before it goes out, then export the exact view you are looking at.
Share a project, not your whole account
Invite an external collaborator or a client as a guest on a single project. They see the hours logged against it, nothing about your other clients, and it does not use up a seat on your plan.

A nudge before hours pile up on the wrong entry
A running timer left on overnight is one of the most common ways a timesheet gets wrong. WorkingClock checks in after a running entry passes a threshold you set, and separately nudges you if nothing has been tracked in a while during working hours.
